Today I used C&W for our issue with the hot water, or lack there of!! Derek was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly kind while talking me through his entire process.

Had heater cleaned today by Derek. Outstanding work and great customer service. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using this service in the future.

Great service! Doug gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the technician would be running late. When Derick arrived, he was very polite and professional. Discussed what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. When he was done, he reviewed everything. While filling out the invoice, he offered me a 10% first time customer discount.

I will definitely have them return in the spring to service my central air unit.

The technician Derick was very respectful and knowledgeable.

My water heater started leaking in my basement. After calling CW I got an immediate response and estimate to replace old one and was able to schedule an appointment for the first thing in the morning. Plumber arrived 5 minutes early and the heater was replaced within an hour and a half. Everything is working great and was cleaned up including some blankets we left to soak up the water.

CW Services always does a great job at our home and our business with plumbing and HVAC. Derek is knowledgeable, helpful and funny and fixed several things for us today. It is great having contractors who show up on time and do great work!

Fast and efficient! We have used CW twice for 2 different jobs in the past month. They are are new Plumbers. Today's job was done by Patrick Foster, he replaced our sump pump and offered us a 1 year service agreement.

Pat was an excellent service technician for both my house heater and water heater. Pat even gave me a heads up to watch a couple of parts on my house heater because they are going to need to be replaced in the next year or two. Both my heater and water heater are oil, so finding companies to service them was difficult before coming across CW Services. I highly recommend both the company and Pat to anyone that needs to have their heaters/water heaters/etc serviced.
