Mike Counsellor has spent more than 35 years working in the HVAC and plumbing trades. As the owner and operator of CW Services, LLC, he brings that experience directly to homeowners and businesses throughout Salem, Gloucester, and Cumberland counties.

Mike’s experience covers heating, air conditioning, plumbing, water heating, water conditioning, and indoor air quality. More importantly, those decades in the field have taught him how to identify problems accurately, recommend practical solutions, and help customers understand what their home or business actually needs.

Licensed in HVAC and Plumbing

Mike holds both a New Jersey Master HVAC License (#19HC00510900) and a New Jersey Master Plumber License (#13515).

Maintaining licenses in both trades gives Mike a broader understanding of the systems that keep a property comfortable and functioning properly. It’s especially valuable when a project involves more than one system or when the source of a problem isn’t immediately obvious.

Mike’s experience comes from decades of working in the field—not simply managing a company from behind a desk.

Over the course of his career, he has worked with everything from traditional furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems to heat pumps, high-efficiency equipment, water heaters, plumbing systems, and water-conditioning equipment.

That experience matters when something goes wrong. Not every problem has an obvious answer, and knowing how different systems work together can make the difference between treating a symptom and identifying the actual cause.
